Angie’s message:

“My name is Angie Buckland and I have been asked to lead your Quiet Day in May. For the past eleven years I have been a practising spiritual director having been led into the ministry by a desire to accompany people on their journey with God. Now retired, I formerly worked in education. In retirement I am very involved in the life of my local parish church, with family and my community. I also love to walk my red fox Labrador Ruby, tend my allotment, swim and learn foreign languages.

The theme I have chosen for the Quiet Day is Encounter with the Living God and my desire is just that – that each of us may encounter God in whatever ways He chooses to reveal himself. My intention is to facilitate this by offering time, space and resources in the beautiful setting of Bray Spirituality Centre at St Michael’s Church Bray.”
